We respect that your time is as valuable as ours, so we of course will always do our best to accommodate where possible when it comes to scheduling appointments. Please be aware as a courtesy to other clients as well you and us, this cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness among quality treatment time for everyone. Please note that last minute cancellation and no show fees will be applied if our policy regulations are not abide by.

Please note the following cancellation policy

~A 50% holding deposit is required for all services booked at Naked Aesthetics.

~This deposit will be held as a credit or refunded if you cancel or reschedule outside of our 24hr cancellation period.

~If you fail to show or cancel your appointment within 24hrs of your booked appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

~ Confirmation texts are sent out 3 days prior to your appointment. You are required to reply 'Y' to CONFIRM or please contact the salon on 0481876236 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

~ If you wish to cancel or reschedule no less than 24hrs notice is required.
