We respect that your time is as valuable as ours, so we of course will always do our best to accommodate where possible. As a courtesy to other clients as well as you and our therapists, this cancellation policy is in place to ensure fairness among quality treatment time for everyone. 

Please note that cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment and no show fees will be applied to those who do not comply. 

• All online bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. This will be redeemed upon visit and carried over on to your future booking.  

• Over the phone bookings will require your card details to secure your appointment, please have these ready at time of booking. 

• Face to face bookings require your card details to secure appointment. 

• Confirmation and reminder SMS are sent out 3 days prior to your appointment. You are required to reply ‘Y’ to CONFIRM or contact the salon on 0481876236 to cancel or reschedule. 

• If you fail to show or cancel within a 24hr period a 50% fee will be charged to card on file or pre paid deposit will be forfeited. 

• If you wish to reschedule, your prepaid deposit will carry over to your new appointment date.  

• Prepaid deposits will be held on your account as a credit if appointments are cancelled outside the 24hr notice period. A refund of your deposit will only be valid upon request.
